I just made an order , when will it be shipped ?
We will ship our order within 2-4 working days once the order has been placed, excluding weekends and holidays. NOTE: During the busy holiday seasons or after holiday promotions, the shipment processing can take up to 3-5 working days.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can i cancel an order one i've placed it ?

If you find that your new Voltigo G63 isn't right for you, you can return it (in new, unridden/unused condition) within 14 days for a full refund in accordance with our Online Purchase Return Policy
Why was my package returned ?
We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions: 1) Items are in different warehouses. 2) Hot-sale items need additional preparation time. 3) Weight limit of customs or courier. You will receive an email notification when each parcel is being shipped.
